RETURNS POLICY

 

Each print is made to order but, if for some reason you are not satisfied with it, please email me at toweronthehill18@gmail.com and explain that you wish to return it and the reasons why. 

 

Return postage will need to be paid for by the customer. Once I have received the product, I will issue a refund minus my original postage costs to you.

Please ensure that all the information is typed correctly as I will copy your wording and spelling to the letter. NB Unfortunately I cannot accept returns if you have given me incorrect information but if the mistake is on my part I will redo the print and send it to you at my own cost.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If your product arrives damaged please photograph any damage and email me at toweronthehill18@gmail.com as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked and I need proof of any damage in order to make a claim. I will then send out an appropriate replacement.
